Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

I’d like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy & healthy 2013.

I am now on maternity leave from teaching and have slowed down my personal workouts so the blog will be a bit quiet for a while. I’ll be back to work soon though and I already have my eye on a few new fitness trends to try out, to regain my pre-baby shape.

Keep up your hard work in the gym and keep me posted on your progress. See you sometime in the New Year!
