Weekend Reading for GJS – “The Fitness Book”

I received an exciting package in the post this week (well, exciting if you’re a gym junkie like me) – a large, glossy fitness book.

Bedtime reading for the next few nights

Womens Fitness Magazine, which I’m an avid reader of, have kindly asked me to review the book for them. 

I have had a quick flick through and it looks great.  There are workouts for bikini body, flexibility, skinny jeans, fab abs and even workouts you can do in your lunch break.  These are all complimented by diagrams and photos, hints and tips.  My only worry is how will I try it all out in time for the publishing deadline!
